Gunter takes pride in serving Kiwanis on many levels at the same time -
KI, KI-EF, District, Division and Club - and he enjoys being in close contact with the members.

His strength and motivation derives from working in his home club, supporting children and fulfilling other community needs. By helping the KIF World Service Medal Winner 2005, Pater Pedro of Madagascar, and by committing to the IDD-WSP his attitude towards international help projects like our new WSP “ELIMINATE” was strengthened. Therefore, he keeps on communicating the idea of “global thinking” to his Kiwanis friends. He believes deeply in international service and friendship.

Strong clubs, ranging from our youngest members to the oldest, are the keystones of the Kiwanis organization. However, we have to adapt our organization on all levels to the challenges of our day. Let us strengthen women power in Kiwanis and encourage young people to become competent and capable members.

The leaders of Kiwanis must be creative, focused on their mission, responsible and visionary in order to make Kiwanis attractive for everyone.
